Operating Systems
Mike has an extensive knowledge of operating systems, all of which he has personally used for several years. Mike is currently working towards the achievement of being deemed a Microsoft Certified Support Technician, and is very close to that goal. He is finalizing his degrees and making sure he knows everything like the back of his hand before taking the dive into the exam to obtain the certification.
