So many times clients of mine have called up complaining that every time they open Internet Explorer their computer seems to crash or melt down. It took me a while to figure this out, but apparently the Google Toolbar seems to have some issues with IE6 and IE7. And since both of those browsers (and just about all browsers from IE6+) have a Google search bar built in, and pop-up blocker, and just about everything you need.. What’s the point of the toolbar?
It took me a while, but I finally figured out all the people’s problems that have been calling me up. Google Toolbar! It’s super easy to uninstall, and odds are you installed it thinking it was really nessasary. Just go to your Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, find Google Toolbar, and uninstall it. It take’s seconds, and also makes your internet explorer loadup time a little bit faster (or Firefox too).
Definitely worth the uninstall!
